Worst delivery service iv dealt with hence why they name change to ARAMAX

Not Fast! Must be cheap.

My parcel has been at a “sortatiin facility “ in Sydney since the 6th January. That’s six days without moving. Change the name from from Fastway to Someday

How long does it take to get from Sydney to Perth? Is there any chance of an update please!!!

More then a week since they picked up my package from seller only 100km away and it's still not here... Warning do not use this Fastway if you want your goods to arrive...

Bought Item online Got Tracking number. I live in Perth my purchase is still in Melbourne with Fastway Courier. I bought my Item in mid November one month waiting Item still in Melbourne. I cannot even contact Fastway they seem to be invisible online. Never again use this Courier also Seller claims I need to be patient and wait for it to arrive?

My parcel still being sorted at sortation facility since 12/12/23 and was supposed to be delivered to me today! Fook you fastway & aramex! You lot are a bunch of wankers that couldnt run a chook raffle if your life depended on it!

No tracking updates now for 8 days .It can't take that long between Sydney and Newcastle .

I now ask the seller if they use Fastway couriers. If they say yes, I I I will NOT purchase an item if it is being sent by Fastway couriers. Not worth the worry. Been disappointed on 6 occasions this year! No more. purchase the item, and I tell the seller why.

Atrocious service. Parcel tracking hasn't been updated for several days now and I am left trying to track down two late parcels. Without having any sufficient tracking being provided, especially considering the parcels are now well overdue.

My parcel I purchased in November states it's processing and has said the same thing since the 1/12/23 I get it's a busy time of year but this is beyond a joke

Today is 14th December and last update shows from 6 December. Worst experience ever.

If i could give 1/3rd of a full star i would. Horrible service especially from Kristy in the Port Macquarie branch. Very rude she is. An important parcel ive been waiting gets damaged in transit thanks to the incompetent couriers & they wont take liability for the damage. Pls avoid this company at all costs!
