If i could give 1/3rd of a full star i would. Horrible service especially from Kristy in the Port Macquarie branch. Very rude she is. An important parcel ive been waiting gets damaged in transit thanks to the incompetent couriers & they wont take liability for the damage. Pls avoid this company at all costs!

My parcel was marked as in transit to Brisbane from Sydney over a week ago. Hasn’t changed since. Worst couriers I’ve dealt with.

Package is still sitting in Sunshine VIC since 30.11.23 (12 days). No communication, no reasoning whatsoever. Other parcels have been received with other couriers from VIC within 3-4 days. Was a present, turned into a disappointment !

Fastway couriers is not fast. More like the snail that never reaches the finish line. 2 weeks and item still hasn’t arrived from east coast to west coast of Australia. And it’s only a small clothing item. Absolutely joke of a company

I have had absolutely no updates on my package since the 29th November. I have sent emails no response back. Every other courier I get updates and know exactly where it is and an estimated delivery day. Why does it take that long to get here. I could drive myself to Melbourne and back 3 times and I would have it. Never using this company again. Smarten up Fastway this is not how you treat customers.

My parcel has been sitting in sorting facility for a week! I was promised delivery by the 5th December. There has been no update or movement. These are gifts for Christmas and I have no confidence that I’m going to get them on time. Overall very dissatisfied with the process and will not be ordering from supplier again nor using this delivery service in future
