Bought Item online Got Tracking number. I live in Perth my purchase is still in Melbourne with Fastway Courier. I bought my Item in mid November one month waiting Item still in Melbourne. I cannot even contact Fastway they seem to be invisible online. Never again use this Courier also Seller claims I need to be patient and wait for it to arrive?

I now ask the seller if they use Fastway couriers. If they say yes, I I I will NOT purchase an item if it is being sent by Fastway couriers. Not worth the worry. Been disappointed on 6 occasions this year! No more. purchase the item, and I tell the seller why.

Atrocious service. Parcel tracking hasn't been updated for several days now and I am left trying to track down two late parcels. Without having any sufficient tracking being provided, especially considering the parcels are now well overdue.

If i could give 1/3rd of a full star i would. Horrible service especially from Kristy in the Port Macquarie branch. Very rude she is. An important parcel ive been waiting gets damaged in transit thanks to the incompetent couriers & they wont take liability for the damage. Pls avoid this company at all costs!
