This is ridiculous with updating it is still on the same message from the 22nd off January, not happy

Fastway tracking is non existent you never know where it is or how long before it arrives. Once scanned and picked up thats it you'll never be able to track it . The slowest couriers around too.. shocking.

If you could give a 0 stars that what they deserve completely hopeless

Why would any business use this company to deliver packages??? Not one single positive review. It puts me off. I hope businesses read these and opt to not use them. Will definitely be asking before purchasing in future.

Four days without an update on this delivery. What is the point of even bothering to use a tracking service?

3 days and still number not on list for delivery date. Why is it taking this time to list delivery. Cannot see this arriving anytime soon.

Where on earth is my parcel from Pontiworld???? How long does it take for a parcel from the Wollongong depot to a metro address in Logan, Brisbane Queensland to be delivered by Fastway Couriers? It was sent on Monday 15/01/2024 and it is now Friday 19/01/2024 and still our parcel has not arrived

Been waiting 3 weeks for a package from Sydney. They say Australia Post is bad everything sent through them showed up in a week

Item in Melbourne for 7 days so far what a joke snail pace service
