Absolutely no help whatsoever when I called in regards to my parcel only to tell me that they didn't have it I should call whom i bought it from for more info... Was basically damn rude unhelpful and patronizing... I would NEVER send anything through them at all... disgusted ...

Absolutely horrible customer service.. never anyone available to respond to your enquires in a timely manner! They tell you they’ll get back to you between 1-2 days! Not good enough when it’s urgent!!!! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service!

Can not express how much I hate trying to receive parcels through this courier service. Completely frustrating that EVERY time I have to go back to the sender or this website to try & locate my package as no one ever leaves a card saying they couldn’t deliver (even though I work from home & ALWAYS ensure I’m or someone else is home). Totally lazy service!

Another hopeless courier. I’ve bought two things online and both parcels have never been delivered. The last one shows it was being sorted for delivery on 6th December. It’s now the 12th and no delivery. These couriers are just a law unto themselves.

Every single time I get advised from the senders site the parcel was unable to be delivered as no one is home (which I work from home so am always home) & they don’t even leave a note/ card advising undelivered, I have to go on this site to locate my parcel. Get rid of the driver that looks after 4305!!!! Plus I don’t know how it sits in Brisbane site for a week! Errrrrr
