Would have to the slowest courier service in the world. About time they brought in vans or cars instead of on using horseback courier service. 4 days to come from Wollongong to Sydney then another 2 days to be delivered. Terrible service and the people on the phone are no better - cant seem to tell where the courier is??!

So unreliable it’s hilarious

Parcel tracker has not been updated for over a week. I am now starting to worry if this gift will arrive before Christmas!

Hold parcels for over two days during the week - I don’t think that’s fast.

First pick up 22nd Nov, 2 parcels. One arrived 11th Nov, no sign of the other. FASTway, LOL

Every take for ever to get here and it seam they avoid my place when i'm 5 mins from town they are so slack import item that have been express end up getting remailed by the to australian post

Tracking tells me parcel has been left at an undisclosed depot. I was 27th in phone queue. Tried to send msg through "contact" page but after filling in all the required fields "next" button blocked. Very frustrated!

My Parcel was picked by courier at the Sunshine Coast to be delivered to (Rockhampton) on the 6th Dec 12.53pm , this is absolutley unacceptable that that is the only tracking advice on your site as of this morning at 7.00am 13/12. Where the" Bloody Hell" is my parcel ,8 days to come from the Coast "Come On" not good enough never again. Tracking QC0001534776

Too long to delivery

Very poor company Hard to contact Tracking page not updated for 2 weeks Was told someone would call me back in 24 hrs about my parcel that was 4 days ago WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Atrocious, so far 16 days from Sydney to Perth and nothing yet, and the people on eBay cop a bad reputation because of your incompetence. No wonder you have less than 1.5 stars, maybe time for new management. Not good enough!

Ridiculous I have to wait another 3 days for my Redelivery even though they didn’t even both trying to deliver the 1st time while I spent the entire day home waiting for it!

Absolutely no help whatsoever when I called in regards to my parcel only to tell me that they didn't have it I should call whom i bought it from for more info... Was basically damn rude unhelpful and patronizing... I would NEVER send anything through them at all... disgusted ...
