I had no information on the notification left at my address that my parcel is at any specific location- after the delivery driver departed my house. No name , No pick up location,

Been 2 days since my package left the Gold Coast..... it is only coming to Brisbane...

Received a card in letterbox got no idea where to pick up my parcel from

12 days from Sydney and still NO package

What a rubbish service parcel due 21 nov, today is 10th December STILL NO PARCEL clearly lost, VERY disappointing never again fastway is the NOWAY

Has taken 8days for a parcel to arrive from Melbourne and still waiting.

Apparently they tried to deliver twice...was home both times. Something not right...

I was at home and no one tried to doorbell. I just saw a fast way blank card clipped on my security door. I know no one tried to doorbell because i have a security doorbell and i have no record of anyone trying to check if someone is at home. Now i have to chase my parcel. :(

Northern Rivers NSW to Ipswich QLD 9 days so far still no parcel, courier will not answer phone, operations base have done nothing after 4 phone calls.

All the tracking numbers telling me is its been pocked up on sun 8.12.19 no idea were my parcel is now

Worst delivery service in the country. Delivered weeks late, website is extremely poor, would never use them.
