Still waiting for delivery.Fastway received my consignment 20 th Nov. and should be here 27th.Tracking only showing 20th when they have received end of any further information.

Fastway...haha. You need to change your name to “slow way” Customer service is disgraceful. Shame I could not put 0 to rate you. Nothing is updated. No one can give you a definite answer. Will not buy anything that is being delivered by “slow way” again.

Wow I got on the internet to have a look at the reviews of fastways couriers and was shocked at how many bad reviews this company has. You would think that if your company saw these bad reviews you would do something about the problem and fix it, bit seem they dont care about customer satisfaction poor effort fastways you should change your name to slow ways.

This company is bloody useless. A package from Melbourne to Bendigo. It was dispatched on the 2nd December 2019, and 9th Dec still no delivery. They told the store they tried to deliver on Saturday the 7th, that was a blatant lie. I would try someone else to do your delivery.

Fastway...what a total joke...it took them 3 weeks to deliver a pair of iPhone earbuds from Qld-SA...& another order has taken them over 1 week to just pick up the goods from the store...I now boycott online stores that use Fastway as their preferred delivery partner

Items I ordered 3 weeks ago have been returned to sender, as the item description says ships within 6-10 business day’s I allowed 3 weeks to expect delivery. Having hit the 3 week point since ordering I checked delivery tracking status only to be informed that not only did they attempt to deliver on a Monday (when I spend all day sitting right next to the door studying) but apparently when “no-one was home” left an invisible calling card. And a message was left in the tracking information to contact fastway (said information only available if you are looking at the tracking information on their website) no call, message or email was made to notify me of the failed delivery, and a search of house and grounds elicits no calling card. As the item was supposedly onboard for delivery 3 days ago I can now only assume it is back with the sender. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Hopeless, use another courier...they don't answer the phone or email nor do they provide updates on their tracking system. Still waiting for a delivery from Sydney after 9 days

Parcel picked up on the 4th then nothing is it being delivered by snail mail !!!!. Lift your game it sucks.

A zero stars for you as I never got a notification neither my package. I have been at home as I am disabled...nobody has came. Shame on you.
