Hopeless, use another courier...they don't answer the phone or email nor do they provide updates on their tracking system. Still waiting for a delivery from Sydney after 9 days

Parcel picked up on the 4th then nothing is it being delivered by snail mail !!!!. Lift your game it sucks.

A zero stars for you as I never got a notification neither my package. I have been at home as I am disabled...nobody has came. Shame on you.

1st parcel delayed by 5 days then when finally delivered, parcel not left neither was a missed you card. The only way I knew about this parcel was constant tracking. 2nd parcel delivered today 05.12.19, calling card left but I was home all day. When check tracking to see where collection point is, card said Brisbane... really helpful. Fast way couriers would have to be the worst delivery service I have ever felt with.

If i could rate any lower i would everything is always late

5 days to bring a item 45 klms and still not arrived company’s a joke

Tracking info has been showing parcel picked up in Melbourne on Monday and still shows same on Friday. No detail on why the delay or if the tracking is just not accurate.

Do they deserve one star? Why can I not give a no stars review?

Fairways is by far the worst courier to receive a package from.

Pathetic! Not home so the delivery idiot slots a blank form in the front door with no information where to go to collect the parcel!! Nothing. You then track the number which tells you nothing further! Richard Linton. 7 Broad Street, Greensborough. They call themselves fastway! Hardly!!

This is one of the worst courier companies I have had the misfortune to deal. Ever time a seller uses Fastway I cringe knowing it will be an unpleasant experience with emails flying back and forth. Their customer service is rude and delivery has never been on time and the tracking service if any provided pathetic and practically non-existent

A parcel from Sydney to Adelaide left on Monday and no updates have been provided since. Still being told to wait 24 hours for updates

Too difficult to receive parcel and find location to pick up. Won’t buy from businesses who use fast way
