1st parcel delayed by 5 days then when finally delivered, parcel not left neither was a missed you card. The only way I knew about this parcel was constant tracking. 2nd parcel delivered today 05.12.19, calling card left but I was home all day. When check tracking to see where collection point is, card said Brisbane... really helpful. Fast way couriers would have to be the worst delivery service I have ever felt with.

Tracking info has been showing parcel picked up in Melbourne on Monday and still shows same on Friday. No detail on why the delay or if the tracking is just not accurate.

This is one of the worst courier companies I have had the misfortune to deal. Ever time a seller uses Fastway I cringe knowing it will be an unpleasant experience with emails flying back and forth. Their customer service is rude and delivery has never been on time and the tracking service if any provided pathetic and practically non-existent

Had my parcels redelivered today. Driver was very apologetic for the muck up the day before. The driver was very polite and respectful.
