My order was collected 10 days ago and it doesn’t seem to have even left Sydney. It was supposed to have arrived with me in WA 2 days ago.

Poor service. Unsatisfactory delay. Parcel scheduled for delivery on Wednesday was delayed with promise of delivery on Friday. No show on Friday. Not amused. Tracking still showing in transit.

This is the second time I have had slow deliveries from FASTway. If te seller would advertise who they use I would not have bought my item from them. Very very poor business

Tracking is lacking. Date when picked up. 10 days ago. Then the only info is 'in transit'. Great...tell me something i don't know.
