I have been waiting for ever. No tracking service nobody to call just pathetic!!!!!!!

been waiting since 4th november keeps giving past dates fo arrival camel transport

My delivery is way overdue. Could have come from China faster than from Sydney to Brisbane

Useless courier service! I am an ebay buyer and dread it every time an ebay seller uses Fastway as their delivery service provider! I am currently still waiting for my locally purchased item (Sydney metro area) to arrive? It was due on the 15/11/19 and now it's the 19/11/19? Fastway tracking is telling me that my parcel is on an apparent Sydney sightseeing tour at the mercy of one of their drivers? Ridiculous courier service!

Late delivery and damaged parcels. In general a shocking service.

2 parcel collected by them & 1 arrived 4mths later the second parcel lost in transit

Parcel dropped off on a Tuesday morning, collected by Fastway that afternoon. Two phone calls later and lodgement of a query on their website and still crickets. I can get stuff from Europe quicker than this.

I Had some Xmas Tree seedlings picked up from Tassie Forestry 2pm on the 6th Nov. Its now the 16th November and the have still not arrived. Im sure they will arrive eventually, very likely dead at a loss over $200. I will Never use them again.again.

Absolutely terrible service, lost last parcel, took 10 days to finally admit it. This parcel now 3 days late and now has no tracking for 5 days.

I am the owner of Neogenesis Rx Skin Lab The service you are NOT providing for us is disgraceful! Another failed delivery & our customers let down once again! We will be going to another courier Bitterly disappointed Not deserving of 1 star but need to choose 1 to submit!!!!! You can’t even allow for correct feedback / star ratings!

EStimated delovery date on eBay parcel was Friday 8th and now it’s fri 15th and I’m waiting in-line caller 14 Blah..seriously

They call themselves Fastway but yet when you try and track them down via phone in Perth WA they wont answer their phones , they are useless i have been waiting for my parcel for 2 and half weeks now . Aggrrhhhh , fastway texted me on NOv 1st 2019 to say my order will be delivered to the store on this day and its now Nov 14 still no trace of it .

Day 17 still no parcel. New vote 1- 2 =-1

I am writing this as I am on hold about another lost parcel!
