Absolutely ridiculous!! No notifications that you are coming and just a notice to say that we need to drive a 3 hour round trip to Bendigo to collect parcel Worst courier service ever

Still waiting..............they do not live up to their name. It said on their site that it was being sorted for delivery on the 11th, it is now the 26th and still nothing........

Parcel was picked up on the 14th November was still in Sydney 25th November was coming to Adelaide today 26th still hasn't arrived as it was supposed to be delivered on the 19th November.. Poor poor service guys you need to lift your game Australia Post is faster than you absolutely disgraceful

Received one parcel of two a few days after pick up. A week later still waiting for the second delivery. Tracking shows no useful information

Have not had anything sent by these guys arrive on time

Parcel went from Sydney to Melbourne to Port Macquarie which is 4.5 hours north of Sydney then to me, I’m 3.5 hours north of Sydney, 2500 odd kilometres later for a 300 kilometre journey

Very dissatisfied with Fastway or should I say slowway delivery service . Would not recommend this service !

As usual this company has let me down again ..picked up in Sydney and still not in Perth 2 weeks later .. Bloody useless ..

Never can find where my parcel is tracking is hopeless . drivers never use door bell where they is one .

Not delivered when "promised" Stated "probably delayed" at this time of the year. Why then are DHL .... AustraliaPost and Star Couriers NOT experiencing any Delays ? Fastway should be renamed "Slow Way".. immediately !!!!!

I would give -5 stars if I can I was told we delivered on Monday and it’s two weeks late

The tracking service here is BS. All its shows is it's been picked up (melbourne on money, almost a week ago), no other details. Is useless
