  • Four cards were left and I had arranged to be home for the delivery date 3 times. Made 3 phone calls. Have finally received my parcel. Why do your drivers put cards in letterboxes instead of going to the door. Would think that going to the door was a crucial element in delivering goods. If I could give a zero rating I would.

  • I didn’t think there could be a courier company as slow as you lot . Even Australia post are faster than you. Maybe you need to upgrade your staff ..

  • Their Customer Service is useless. The mobile number they give me doesn’t answer, their website doesn’t give you a collection point and the redelivery box on the first 2 attempts sent an email saying that the courier would not accept the redelivery. Also the courier they said was delivering the package wasn’t the person on my security camera. I am still waiting for my package!

  • Would rate ZERO if I could!!. Fastway picked up a small item in Sydney on 08 Nov, two weeks ago, but it still hasn't been delivered to my home in Perth WA. Their Perth Office phone is always either engaged or not answered and their tracking site simply says it's in transit. Whole process totally unacceptable. Australia Post snail mail could have delivered it in half the time, for less cost. In future I will refuse to order anything from an on-line trader who uses Fastway as their courier

  • Unfriendly customers service, how many times I missed the package while I was home, just because the delivery man didn’t press the bell!! And didn’t tell straight away where to collect As I have to keep checking your website, what a waste of time!

  • Darra to Booval is 21 Kilometers. Pickup on 15th November. Today is 3pm on 21st November Still no show.
