  • Useless courier service! I am an ebay buyer and dread it every time an ebay seller uses Fastway as their delivery service provider! I am currently still waiting for my locally purchased item (Sydney metro area) to arrive? It was due on the 15/11/19 and now it's the 19/11/19? Fastway tracking is telling me that my parcel is on an apparent Sydney sightseeing tour at the mercy of one of their drivers? Ridiculous courier service!

  • Parcel dropped off on a Tuesday morning, collected by Fastway that afternoon. Two phone calls later and lodgement of a query on their website and still crickets. I can get stuff from Europe quicker than this.

  • I Had some Xmas Tree seedlings picked up from Tassie Forestry 2pm on the 6th Nov. Its now the 16th November and the have still not arrived. Im sure they will arrive eventually, very likely dead at a loss over $200. I will Never use them again.again.

  • Absolutely terrible service, lost last parcel, took 10 days to finally admit it. This parcel now 3 days late and now has no tracking for 5 days.
