If only there was option for zero stars.

I ordered my product on Monday night online...it's just been delivered Thursday afternoon. Good service.

I've had a few deliveries from fastaway. I can't say I'm overly excited by them for speed or service but I think the reviews are far worse than they deserve. It is definitely true that we are a world of people who are quick complain about someone if they are wrong but much slower to praise the good in people. Keep it up guys. It wouldt be easy to handle such a large quantity of parcels. Look at Australia Post. How long have they been in the business for and they still get it wrong. We can't always get the best, just keep giving us your best and reasonable people will be happy. Doing well.

If I could give give -5 stars I would, if I knew the seller was going through fastway couriers then I’d be gone elsewhere! My delivery date was yesterday, checked and it’s still sitting in Melbourne and I’ve been givin an updated date of a month later! What the actual heck?!! I bought an engine crane through a priority post through these guys through Covid, and got Aus post to deliver the gears I had made and sent over from Japan, before an engine hoist crossed the country, this is truly the worst courier company ever! It’s be a shame if they got paid per parcel they delivered.

Simply atrocious to deal with and worst ever experiance. Freight never update nor do they keep to scheduled delivery eta times. Worst freight to ever deal period! If I could rate less than 1 star for tge very poor service I'd be doing just that. Fed up is a understatement on the incompetence of this company.

Very poor service. Time frames are never kept with this useless company. If you value the goods you send via freight I strongly urge you to never use this company ever for any freight/parcels. If I could rate lower than 1 star I sure as hell would be doing just that. They have Simply been a Absolute joke to deal with.

really slow if i was aware the seller was using fastway i never would have made the purchase. my experience with fastway is the slowway they never scan in between pick up and drop off they should be shut down . what a joke and never on time always late by days sometimes weeks !

My delivery stated 26/09/23, am still waiting, maybe there is hold ups im a patient person

I didn’t get my parcel I was trying to contact no one ans me very bad service

My parcel was delivered to a neighboring suburb with a similar address lucky we went there to check for our parcel. When i contacted fastway through the message system I disnt get a reply. Hopefully my next parxel will get delivered to my address and i dont have to go look for it . Not able to phone them is problamatic.

Stay away from fastway!
