very slow say out for delivery today been 3days at same location

I only live 90 minutes away from where item was posted, was received Monday and has been in sorting centre since Tuesday. Come on guys how long does it take to get this parcel. At least I know never to send packages via Fastway

I honestly can’t fault Fastway as I have had quite a few deliveries from them and always well before the delivery date, my items were well looked after and placed in a great spot. Good onya guys keep up the good work

Tracking never up to date

Don't use.......ever, no tracking after pick up always late 99% of reviews are negative, that says something.

No communication, deliveries are a week late. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My parcel was in Sydney on 29th August, I live in Taree mid north coast NSW around 3 hours north of Sydney. On the 7th September my parcel is in transit out of Melbourne bound for Port Macquarie. Aramex could save a lot of money if they could understand their regions.

I contact sellers to request not to use FASTWAYS’ their updates are not existent and so it’s impossible to schedule for their delivery

I always choose a different provider when there is one available. This has got to be the worst possible courier company in Australia and possibly the world. Huge delays still blaming covid, poor to little if any tracking information and customer service that basically does not exist. It's really complete joke of a business. Just look at the reviews 1 star for the most and a lot of them state they wish it could be 0. Get your act together

How are they still in business. Lose more than they deliver. Would never knowing use these incompetent idiots.
