My parcel has not arrived and still says it's on its way and it was ment to be delivered? Looks like another bad review.

It's shame amarax is doing there deliverys ,i see amarax and just crinch ,on customer service and winge they are under staff everytime .

Well if I ever order something online again using this courier company I will buy elsewhere if they were any slower they would have left a trail . Maybe change the company name from fastway to snailway.

The worse courier I have come across in my life. They don't make an attempt to deliver.

If there was a minus star I'd be pushing it, this has to be the most incompetent company I have had the miss pleasure of dealing with, 3 parcel now and all have take over a week, before they even leave there wharehouses

Worst ever courier company on this earth. As soon as I seen the ebay seller put fastways courier I turned my phone off and put it down. Knowing instantly it wouldn't never be delivered by the date said. From past experience. When ever fastways gets my parcels I fear the worst. Worst ever courier company never never deal with this company or people or drivers or managers. The driver has had my parcel for 4 day's now no updates no notifications and fastways have no contact numbers to call if you need to check on your parcel. DO NOT EVER USE FASTWAYS COURIERS AT ALL.

What's the sense in having a bloody tracking number when you can't get any updates. Pathetic service.
