The worst courier company I have ever dealt with. No tracking update, late to deliver and lazy drivers not even tried the door bell but left a note to pickup from distribution centre while there is someone home to receive the parcel.

I have been waiting over two weeks for a parcel that has travelled from Sydney- Port Macquarie-Coffs Harbour-Sydney… I am in Port Macquarie… I have been told now that the parcel is in transit back to Port though now… what could possibly go wrong…

This company is absolutely terrifying. My two parcel haven’t arrived until now. they attempted to deliver on holiday to my workplace. and the other one they sent it back to melbourne. and they said on the tracking they left a Calling card but i couldn’t find it where it place. please wake up and look after all your customers.

This company that I have had the misfortune of dealing with I have had parcels delivered by Royal Mail from UK and parcels delivered from the USA by US postal service quicker than this company can deliver something from Sydney

Seller on ebay said, if i dont mind to check it with me next door neigbor just to see have they signed for my percal, I order the percal for me and it address under my name, why seller asked me to check it with my neigbor, fastway courrie asked me ti consult my problem with a lawyer appointed by fastwaty courrier and they asked for credit card what a joke

Waiting for 2 seperate parcels. Ended up chasing up both. No update were given on the site tracking except for the pickup. 3 weeks waiting so I rang to be told they would get back to me, which they never did but parcels finally arrived 4 weeks after they were supposed too.This company is a disgrace. one mix up ok no excuse repeated behaviour

I don’t even know how you run a business it’s been a week and no tracking just quit while your ahead, piss poor performance = piss poor results the fact you have to pick one star is disappointing,
