Can't track parcel. Supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and still waiting. I won't be using this company again

Still waiting over two weeks for delivery from Sydney, no tracking either! Terrible couriers

This company is slower than snails. They should change their name to Snail couriers.

Seems to be a pattern of non delivery with this company, why it’s still up and running is beyond me. I imagine that there are hundreds of parcels that have disappeared into the unknown. Need to get your act together, surprised the company has not gone broke.

I've waited 2 days at home because tracking said it will be delivered on those dates but they didn't come until those days past. What a joke. I am still waiting for my parcel, only if it'll ever come

I have had. 3 dealings with them now The worst I have ever seen always late. And you cannot track your item

Absolutely useless, can’t speak to anyone, tracking isn’t updated, and had parcels 1hr away, that went all over Australia before finally getting to me ! This company needs to go broke !

Tracking is faulty and doesn’t update still waiting for our order to arrive

Fastway what a joke. I have had 2 dealings with them now as the seller chose to send my purchases with them. First time parcel just lost noone could tell me where it was. Lucky I paid with PayPal and received my money back Second time we'll the delivery date just keeps extending out further and further. So far 8 days for what even Australia Post does in a day. How do you continue to exist with such poor reviews from everyone

Terrible service, auspost run rings around Fastway couriers with their 3-4 week service. No further tracking updates other than at sorting facility waiting shipment....

Half a star well past delivery date. Most pathetic courier service IV ever encountered. The estimated time and final delivery date is when it should be here. Why is it that when something comes from another country it's here in no time. Fastway from melb to Brisbane. The worst parcel service in Australia. If U want to wait week to weeks past the deadline. What service is this. Deliver what you have to deliver and just stop. Leave it upto aus post coz atleast ya get ya stuff early an undamaged. Thanks for the screw around!!!!!

Order was made Dec 21,2022 and still have not received my package. This is crazy and never had A package to take this long. Which tracking is not helping.

Delivery always nearly on time or a week late. Parcels always delivered well packaged and handled well.
