No knock on door and left in a place that was never authorized. No updates either Though recieved in reasonable Amount of time.

What an atrocious service this company has... 3 weeks to come across the country, and I still don't have my parcel. If you have a choice, choose any other delivery service.

Wow two weeks sitting no updates

I am supposed to received on 6 Jan 2023, today 9 Jan 2023, it still somewhere in Sydney. Don't ever used this service if you don't have time to wait, as I will be leaving state, don't think I will get my delivery now.
