  • Terrible service!! My parcel was sent by a third party seller, told me he used the "fast/express shipping" through Fastway. My initial timeframe said 2 day delivery. That was now 2 weeks ago, and it's still sitting in the Sydney depot for the past 4 days now. This was meant to be a Christmas item and it's now the New Year and I still haven't gotten it! Absolutely horrible and slow! I have made my seller aware to not use this company again, as what should have been "fast" is now nearly 2wks late already!!

  • Absolutely useless camel jockeys !! All my parcels have been opened, probably looking to steal the contents ! Takes over 1 mth from Victoria to South Australia, and that’s air freight, seriously do not use these people if possible !! Company needs to be shut down ??????????????

  • I didn't finish my review, my parcel was left at 4 Cockatoo St. & luckily my friend brought it up to me at 4 Wallaby rd. This is not the first the first time. Another time my parcel was left at 4 Koala Lane. Can your driver's please take more care reading the address labels on their parcels. It's just not good enough.

  • I'm afraid I could not give anymore than 2 stars. Although this recent parce actually did arrive yesterday which was the due date. But sadly with no thanks to your fastway/Aramex courier driver. We live in a village, the drivers have come in many times. We have 8 streets within Bluegum Lifestyle Resort. My road Wallaby is actually the first road on the right after coming through the driveway.
