The delivery time is the worst ever in Australia. Order just from Melbourne but It takes much longer time than international post from China.

Every items I’ve perchase that’s been delivered was few days late from this courier, half star for me

Super slow delivery service . Wish companies didn't use this one as you wait weeks or months for delivery . Very poor service indeed

Terrible service!! My parcel was sent by a third party seller, told me he used the "fast/express shipping" through Fastway. My initial timeframe said 2 day delivery. That was now 2 weeks ago, and it's still sitting in the Sydney depot for the past 4 days now. This was meant to be a Christmas item and it's now the New Year and I still haven't gotten it! Absolutely horrible and slow! I have made my seller aware to not use this company again, as what should have been "fast" is now nearly 2wks late already!!

Absolutely useless. No idea where my package was. Still hasn't been delivered. The photos they sent of the parcel number is not what I ordered.

Absolutely useless camel jockeys !! All my parcels have been opened, probably looking to steal the contents ! Takes over 1 mth from Victoria to South Australia, and that’s air freight, seriously do not use these people if possible !! Company needs to be shut down ??????????????

I didn't finish my review, my parcel was left at 4 Cockatoo St. & luckily my friend brought it up to me at 4 Wallaby rd. This is not the first the first time. Another time my parcel was left at 4 Koala Lane. Can your driver's please take more care reading the address labels on their parcels. It's just not good enough.

I'm afraid I could not give anymore than 2 stars. Although this recent parce actually did arrive yesterday which was the due date. But sadly with no thanks to your fastway/Aramex courier driver. We live in a village, the drivers have come in many times. We have 8 streets within Bluegum Lifestyle Resort. My road Wallaby is actually the first road on the right after coming through the driveway.

Aramex & Fastway are the worst carrier service in Australia. In my future orders I will note "cancel order if you are using Aramex or Fastway!"

I’m trying to locate a package which couldn’t be delivered. No message left. No way to contact anyone

My order was posted on the 8 th December. Check my tracing and just keep getting the same thing your item is being processed.

I still haven't received my product. It's been in Sydney since December 5th. Obviously not getting this one in time with only 2 days til Christmas ?

My parcel has been onboard local delivery van for 4 days now . I had a parcel delivered from Spain in 10 days

I've been waiting for my parcel...has been in Sydney for a week or so is a Xmas present
