Why is Aramex so slow and why doesn't Tracking work

Very slow delivery tracking never works

Sent Monday 13th it's now Friday 17th and it's still showing in Sydney hasn't moved.

Waiting for a package sitting at Brisbane depot for 9 days now but if you track it says it's in transit to Brisbane

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. Doesn’t deliver to so many areas on the Sunshine Coast.

Your fastway app works great. Polite couriers and item delivered as per your tracking app.

Item due on the 3rd it's now the 6th with no updates possibly still in Sydney. Joke

I dont know why people use this Company. Everytime someone uses this Company, I wait weeks for my delivery. I live in Australia and when ordering from other states it takes so long. I can get things from other countries in half the time. Fastway Couriers should change there name to slow way Couriers or shut down. Its been 2 weeks since my parcel was picked up. And what's the use of a tracking when it only tells you when it was picked up, nothing else.

One star is being generous. The company never delivers to my property and takes parcels to a pick up location. Doesn't matter how many time you make complaints nothing changes. Slowest, rudest courier company around and I am not sure how your in business and still operating.

Slowest courier…sort out your service guys or just close down.

Um confused, the tracking number i was provided with says my package has been delivered. Problem i live in SA and the package was delivered in Victoria?????

How come parcel is being send to incorrect Depot.
