10 days in a sorting facility with no information and already 6 days late. Terrible delivery service with useless tracking and misguided information. I would not recommend their services nor would I buy anything online that delivers using Fastway services. My interstate purchase of a small 200g item has taken longer to arrive than a 7kg item from overseas.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Parcel has been sitting in sydney sorting since 2nd oct with no updates. Wtf is going on with this company’s service ?

I have a parcel sitting in a sorting facility in Melbourne for 5 days, no information since the 3rd of October it's now going on to the 9th, would never use or recommend Fastway couriers

Never get deliveries when promised. Always slow and it’s not good enough

So my package should of been here yesterday, still waiting out the front for it. This is ridiculously slow

Extremely slow service. My parcels has been sitting on Sydney since 21/9/22. No update after 22nd. It has to be delivered by 4th and 5th Oct but till now nothing. Pathetic!

Slower than any other company

I purchased something from ebay that was only supposed to take a couple of days to get here yet it's been sitting in a warehouse for over a week!! Not acceptable!! I will NEVER use fastway/aramex ever again

Slowest courier service in Australia absolutely useless I wish they would just close down so nobody sends me anything through them again it’s always the same deal

The name is fastway but the service is extremely slow.

Nothing is updated been in Sydney since 27 September and has not moved was to be delivered between 29 sept to 6 Oct but no movement
