Fastway Australia reviews

I was scared when I saw that my eBay purchase was coming by Fastway, but it arrived on time and in good shape. Good job, guys!

3 weeks past the due date and it’s still in transit. The status is the same since it was dispatched 4 weeks ago

There is no real tracking of items online! A company in this day and age should be able to tell where the item is eg. If it has been sent from one depot to the next or if it is on a truck and where that truck is. I guarantee they track their trucks and know exactly where it is and if the driver had too long a break.

The delivery with the tracking number 2X0010574328 has been missing. We need FASTWAY to rectify this responsively !

Purchased item on 28th sept,item picked up from supplier on 28th sept tracking number says arrived at sorting facility on 28th sept!and ther it now sits no updates just same old excuse it’s at our sorting facility.First and last time I use any supplier who uses Aramex/fast way.Would not recommend tis company to anyone,obviously no idea of how to run logistics

Do not recommend. It’s taking them over two weeks to travel 40 minutes.

My mat hasn’t arrived and it’s suppose to be delivered today ?

Where is my package?? Says it has been in a sorting facility for 10 days not with no updates. Not good enough. 100% would not recommend using

Parcel hasn't moved for 7 days.

My parcel has been in the sorting facility since 21/Sep it’s the 10/Oct.. no stars ay!

My tracking says parcel was handed directly to the customer , but i havnt received anything , very bad service , something i have paid for now dont know where it is....☹️ Service is not deserve to have even one star,

They obviously don't care about the reviews, no goods no up dates. Very poor service never will use them again

The same thing all the time, your parcel is still in a sorting facility in Sydney and we’ll update you. Its supposed to be delivered today 10th Oct and still no update.
