You need to tell your delivery people not just to dump the parcel olso to knock on the door. Also the parcel is sitting in Sydney for 8 days. Parcels from Europe are quicker.

Never had a delivery from fast way that was actually here on time or in a timely manner at all. I have no idea why they call themselves fast way. Very disappointed with any company that uses them. Only has a 1 star as I can’t give them none

Why do parcels go from qld to nsw, when the delivery address is north qld?

Not worth even 1 star if I had an option for 0 stars thats what it will get for a review my item I've brought is apparently at Brisbane ready for delivery since the 9th of October what the hell is going on what fo they keep your parcel and test if for them selves and eventually decide they'll send it

This company deserves NO stars. The worst courier company. Always loose parcels and every time very very late. Id rather put my parcel on a snail as it would get there quicker!
