Slowest courier service in Australia. Very poor updates on tracking, only shows when the item is received by the courier and when it is delivered, tracking is a complete waste of time with them.

Worst courier ever. DO NOT USE. ZERO stars. You will regrete using Fastway or aromax.

2nd item that hasn't turned up in 6 months ordered from different shop and not to my surprise same courier has been in sortation for 5 days !

Haven't got it and I ordered it 1 month ago. Do not order from here. I would have given it 0 star but you have to put at least 1 star to leave a review.

No professionalism what so ever, they take no care with your packages which are constantly late by a minimum of at least 3 days. Trying to get in contact with them seems like a run around or they just don't care. Worst couriers available. If at all possible don't post with them.

Not happy..my parcels are still waiting in a sorting facility and not even in transit..meant to take 6 days..it’s going on 10 days..not happy

All I'm going to say is pathetic. Package is sitting in Sydney for 11 days. Use australia post. So far deliverys on time or quicker.

Yep it's now 20/10/22 parcel has been in sorting facility since the 10nth great service not !!!!

It’s been a week in the sorting fa Uluṟu have you lost it. Fast way use to have a great reputation nit now, I suppose it’s COVID’s fault !

Do not leave my parcel onto of my mail box where anyone can take it do your job and leave it in a safe place not happy

Come on guys I think if you give at least half a s### you might be able to get that rating up to 2 stars.

After reading all the negative reviews I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived on the day it was due in good condition too!

Use Australia post they deliver on time
