How can my item set for eight days?

Every time companies use this crowd grantee it won't be on time or they leave it at post office take age's to get any thing

Take long time and tracking not updated

Absolutely useless. Took 4 days to come from Utah to Sydney. That was 9 days ago coming to Perth. A d its fragile so be even mire ticked off if it's broken.

Taking forever I live 2 1/2 hours away from where my parcels been sent and it’s been 12 days not not happy

It’s been 12 days still have not received item not happy

Last order update was on November 2 and still no updates it's 17 November now and the package is coming from Melbourne to Perth

when i tracked my parcel the only thing i could see was that it had been picked up but it was showing a pick up date that is not yet here , seems to be a poor service

Parcel ex Sydney last week, now Tuesday afternoon and cannot find out where the he'll it is. Not good!

It would have been faster if I walked to go and pick it up. Hang on, I'm not exaggerating.

Notoriously slow! I cringe every time I see they are the courier being used. The tracking info is initially added but never updated and parcels just turn up randomly. What’s the point of a courier service that’s meant to provide an efficient means of delivery, or a tracking process that’s not utilised???
