So my parcel has been in Melbourne for six days and I still don’t have it. It got from Queensland to Melbourne and faster than you can get it to me in Melbourne? I think you should take the word fast out of your name because whatever you may be fast is not it.

Worst freight company. Wouldn't let me give less than 1 star pitty. 1star is to much for fast way.

Worst service! It’s been 3 weeks since it was picked up and STILL haven’t received it!! Not happy!!

2 weeks 1 day no delivery no update for 1 week …absolutely horrible experience…you are better off sticking to aus post or another courier this is like half of the time it takes to get mail from China so far!!! Unreal!!!

No contact number. Tracking number only for fastway courier but when parcel is handed to aramex the number is invalid and no other details are provided. Say they will deliver in 4 days and it’s now 8 days and I don’t know where my parcel is and have no way to find out. The 1 star reviews are accurate.
