Fastway Australia reviews

I have been waiting for several weeks for a parcel that was airmailed from USA. I thought I’d get it before Christmas but nothing has happened. Where is it?very poor.

I don’t agree you have 1800 awesome reviews the same as your delivery service, you are slow to think that. My pickup was 12th Nov and it’s 19th Dec and items are still sitting in Sydney at place of pickup. I don’t understand how you business is still going.

The tracking system is hopeless or maybe the whole logistics system is not up to standard. My parcel is still in Sydney if I can believe tracking?

My parcel was picked up in Melbourne on the 25th Nov and it’s Xmas lights! Where the heck is it??? No correspondence, no customer service!

Where the heck are my parcels. I have received items from the UK and China faster than you can get them from Melbourne. I am seriously considering not buying from any seller that sends via Fastway or Aramex.

My parcel would have been delivered if it was sent through Australia Post, they are always the slowest

Wow what a lot of negative reviews. I would not be proud of this at all. I guess my parcels delay ‘sitting in a sortation depot’ for 4 days is not bad at all. Compare this to Amazon delivery which is next day.

Bought item on 28th Nov but its already mid of December still shows been picked up by courier service on 28th Nov after that no tracking history.I hope I will get this year.

Purchased item on eBay. Item Been sitting idol in Sydney since the 12th no movement or updates !

Item collected in Melbourne 1/12/2022 still sitting in the Melbourne depot to come to Brisbane…..no update despite requests, 2 weeks from date of collection… supplier should have used fedex…

10 days waiting on my item and its been sitting in your bloody sorting centre not moving.. Your courier service is a bloody joke.. Fastway my arse.. A pigeon could have delivered it quicker and still haven't received or notification..

Parcel sent 25th Nov, picked up in Melbourne and so far and as usual, no correspondence, no update in tracking. I wish sellers would stop using them. My review will be going to my seller. Disappointed yet again ?
