Item was picked from Sydney on the 4th Nov, still in transit to Metro Melbourne. WTF!! Cliff Young won the The Westfield run took him five days, fifteen hours and four minutes, almost two days faster than the previous record for any run between Sydney and Melbourne, at an average speed of 6.5 kilometres per hour. He was ages 61. This so called service that you charge for is pathetic. Where the **** is my parcel.

Is my package being delivered by bicycle courier Melbourne to Brisbane?

My order picked up 4.10.22. Now its been over 4 weeks, still haven't received my order, pissed off,

Shame on any company that uses Fastway Couriers. Anyone that uses Fastway Couriers does not care about their customers. Fastway has been the worst courier company for almost 10years. Nothing but problems.

i wouldn't give them any star for their extremely ,unprofessional ,extra slow service. They should be called..fast is away

The worst company to deal with , no contact number then if you want to ask a question as to why item hasn’t been delivered you have to pay $2 . They have to be kidding . Bad business practice never use them

Had my item for over two weeks sorting it , I would like to know in which alternate dimension , are this courier company FAST as the name suggests? ..

Certainly nothing fast about fastway. Won’t let me give no stars. No communication! No reply to inquires. No help whatsoever

Still waiting on package to be delivered

Still waiting for package to Perth. Details state it is sitting in Sydney with courier and that was on the 6/10/22! Seriously !

Sat in sorting for a week, supposedly in Sydney, until it was delivered this morning. Not unusual for this lot. They must be cheap, can't think of any other reason for people using them

OMG where do I start nearly 6 weeks since I ordered my products been sitting in a sortation facility in Sydney for nearly 5weeks called everyday for 2 weeks same story has been delivered to the Aramex depot for gods sake your a courier company go to to facility and pick up the parcels isn't that what your supposed to do !!!!! And the company I bought from no help either but they'd do well to change couiers I can't even give a rating because there isn't one for this courier but to have it submitted I had to click on 1 star but buts way to generous
