Slowest courier service ever steer clear

Not recommended at all. Avoid at all costs. It takes weeks for them to deliver. Item has been sitting at a ‘sortation facility’ for over a week. Every item I order from eBay that is delivered by fast way has been frustratingly slow to arrive.

Avoid this company if at all possible

Little to no update, item was picked up than nothing from there worse that I really need the item a bed for my baby that as much as i tried I couldn’t get local and this leaves me in a horrible spot

Small parcel left on 4/9 now 17/9 no tracking update. Where is the tiny parcel that wood fit in a letter box

No updates in over 5 days, change the name to slow way

This service is useless, if I had a choice, I'd never use it, pathetic communication

It's the 15 Sep item and is been in a sorting facility in Sydney since the 8Sep and hasn't moved. Everything else l ordered arrived a week ago. This mob is less than ordinary.

Item supposed to be in a sortation facility on the 1st September 2022, still there 8th September 2022, should change the name to Slow way. Still haven't received the item on the 13th September 2022. Terrible service. No stars from me.

item sits at Perth depot for days. why does it take so long?

The worst courier company going around. My parcel arrived in the Adelaide depot and sat idle for 10 days. No stars.

They have had my order for 8 days now from Syd to GC and no change in status. Very poor service.
