  • Slowest shipping in Australia. Have been told there is a "Small Delay" for the last month now. Compared to AusPost you guys shouldn't even be in business.

  • Very slow in delivery for a week now parcel is a gold coast depot and saying ready for delivery in next cycle do they only have one cycle a month when I only live twenty minutes down the road not good enough.

  • I order something from ebay on the 30-07-22 and it's been 3 weeks now and still nothing. Emailed aramex and they said they'd contact me as soon as updated information came through 2 weeks ago, still nothing from them. Contacted multiple drivers who do the rounds in the area, the actual one who did the rounds on our street didn't answer. Outstanding 0 stars for service guts, should be proud of yourselves.

  • My package has been in the warehouse since 11th July 2022 until now still not moving. Every time try to track & always find this same statement: YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN PICKED & PACKED AT THE SENDER’S WAREHOUSE. WE’LL UPDATE YOU WHEN YOUR PARCEL IS ON ITS WAY TO THE DELIVERY DESTINATION. What a rubbish courier. Complain through the chat & email. They are just lip services without real action & updating.
