I pray every time a vendor says they use fastway which usually ends up being the slowway

It has taken 36 days to travel from one suburb of Newcastle to another suburb in Newcastle. It should have taken 30 minutes in peak hour traffic. NOT HAPPY I left one star because I did actually receive the parcel

Fast way are useless you need to tell your drivers to put the parcel at the front door not the bin area I’ve lost two parcels because the drivers are to lazy to walk to the door at the unit educate your drivers friggin useless

Impossible to get updates

Still waiting on mine days overdue. You can't contact them. I would never use them myself

Parcel misdirected to wrong depot and still there month later

They held my parcel at a sorting facility for nearly two weeks. Only after a number of phone calls did the parcel move. I will use Australia Post only from now on.

Very poor everthing

My parcel was going from one section of Melbourne to another. It literally would have taken me 35 mins to drive to the location of my parcel but no it took the courier 8 days and counting. Np tracking info gets updated either. Worst company ever. Let's hope my parcel eventually shows up

Useless company they delivered it to the wrong address train your drivers or get there eyes tested

“Apparently” attempted delivery and left a calling card. Unless cameras now lie.. My parcel certainly was not attempted delivery

11 days to travel from Sydney to the central coast. Not very impressive

It's not fastway...it's should be slow way!

Beyond hopeless both my last parcels were "lost" and only got that out of them after harassing them for 3 weeks about where they were
