Worst courier company there is nothing Fast about fastway couriers, companies need to stop using this company, I actually thought Australia post were hopeless but Fastway is worse than them do that is saying something

Worst courier to ever grace this earth

If I’m ordering online I’ll always ask who’s the courier. If it’s fastway I give it a miss. Fastway is quite possibly the worst courier service on the entire planet.

40 days in transit no update still says it’s in Sydney depot 40 days I will never buy off anyone who uses this company for transport

It have to be 100% one of the worst transport companies out

My package was picked up in Melbourne 2weeks ago and is still sitting in Melbourne. No updates and it’s gotta get to me at the Sunshine Coast Qld.. I can’t see me getting it for my sons birthday.. Rating NO STARS

Absolutely the worst service ever. I called to locate my parcel as I had requested online to have it re-directed as the first attempt wasn't even made, just a slip left in my mailbox. The first person tells me its out for delivery then hangs up on me when I question why the tracking number hasnt been updated. I call back and the next person tells me its still sitting at the collection point, which is nowhere near my house. Absolute joke of a company and will refuse to buy from companies that use this subpar "devliery" service.

No updates… Parcel has been static at depot 20mins away for past 10days!!

My parcel ia sitting in the sorting depo now for 19 day with no new update, what a joke

My parcels sit in a depot for days! Currently have 10 parcels all sitting in a depot that were all due here mid past week. Last time I checked central coast from Sydney is 1.5hrs away not weeks away and if I alone have ten large parcels all coming to the same address it's impossible to think in the only one in this situation

If I could give a 0 I would! Impossible for business to rely on this shipping…my parcel has been sat with no movement for 13 days. Totally unacceptable service!!

I ordered my item in May! Th item Is possibly delivered today in NJ. Hate this company

Non existent tracking. Worst carrier ever. Slow, careless, leaving parcels in rain and unsafe places.
