  • Oh It’s poor service like are very slow they scan last Tuesday still no in transit yet they said post it last Monday 6/6 what go on? They said delivery it on 27th Monday to waiting for 27 days to receive it?

  • Very bad services, please never ever used this fastway couriers in yours whole life. This is rotten company. Never answer the call. They did not delivered my parcel all together. I supposed to get 3 parcel together, they delivered 2 parcel and 3rd one I dont know where is it. Incomplited parcel.

  • Packaging was ripped through to the product. Never even got a card in the mail to tell me the package had arrived. Only found out it was at a collection point after contacting the sender.

  • to my utter surprise and disbelief I received a knock on my door with a young man from Fastway/Aramex DELIVERING my item. I still won't recommend them though because this delivery MUST have been a fluke

  • ohhhh no! I am still waiting for my parcel to be "delivered" to my front door. I hope he doesn't leave it at the bottom of someone's stairs (just like last time when the courier wasn't bothered to get the lift to floor 2 and leave it at my front door) I dread getting notification that Aramex is the courier service used. I know that front office will be useless to contact as they will just tell me to lodge a form ? for a "lost item". useless, useless company who should not be trading at all. I am surprised they haven't been shut down. I will have no hesitations what do ever to lodge complaints with Fair trading, which are pretty good when you need help with companies and shoddy service

  • What a joke Amamex couriers are my item tracking number is saying it’s in Wollongong out for delivery on the 11/5/2022 it’s now the 26/5/2022 and still not here.You people need to get a job because your no good a the courier business.Will not buy from companies that use you to try and deliver there products.?
