What a joke do they even read reviews tracking is basically non exsistent no idea where my package is

Like everyone else dismayed at the lack of service. My order was dispatched 16/6 it’s now caught in the loop of its at a sorting centre. Each update is the same . I’d wish the supplier would tell you who they send it with before.It’s hard too decide who’s the most incompetent Fastway or Aust Post

It’s been said here plenty of times before but I’ll say it again. These guys are hopeless. No care what so ever. My parcel was left at a click and collect location without being checked in so now it’s just sitting there and unable to be released to me.

Ordered item, posted same day, still waiting a week later, has gone from goldcoast to Sydney and back to gold coast...been in gold coast for 5 days. ..posting to townsville ????

My parcel was picked up on the 14th……that’s it???? It’s now the 21st….. No update as to where it actually is. Why do you bother with Tracking at all???? Appalling! No Stars

If I had known the item I purchased was coming Fastway, I would not have bought frim this retailer. Fastway are the worst courier system operating in Australia and Australia Post should scrap them.

What a joke why are they still in business, tracking is frigging useless, Australia Post are 100% better then these clowns

this company is dead set slack, i got 2 items from the netherlands in 6 days, takes forever to get anything from sydney of melb with this mob, i could walk to sydney in less time

I'm located in Ballarat and because we don't have a local depot my packets are put on board in Geelong 80 kilometers away for delivery. And how is that working? Perfectly! Thumbs up to our driver and the depot. Have never had a problem with dozens of packets. Keep up the great work.

These clowns are the worst ! Australia Post preform better then this lot . PAY a little extra and get a better service from one of the other courier providers !

Never use this service , unrealiable , never give updates on parcels, don't deserve a star rating, should be 0,

Poor service. No delivery, no notification. Saying no one at home when I was waiting at home.

Oh It’s poor service like are very slow they scan last Tuesday still no in transit yet they said post it last Monday 6/6 what go on? They said delivery it on 27th Monday to waiting for 27 days to receive it?

Never received a card , I live in apartment, haven't received my parcel
