So slow to deliver. I've ordered items after this parcel which have arrived before this one. Over 20 days and still waiting!!!

I have persevered over many years because suppliers unfortunately continue to use this company. Some years ago they used to be excellent however I’m not sure what has happened. You can’t complain about customer service because there isn’t any. Being aware that I am one street away from Their so called delivery area I emailed the supplier and said please use Australia Post however they must not have got the email or didn’t care and they still Sent parcel Fastway. I called Fastway depot and said as you don’t deliver to me would you kindly hold my parcel which is being picked up and I will come to the depot to collect. The person told me oh don’t worry it will be delivered Friday. Friday came and went no parcel. I checked the tracking number online and to my disappointment it was sitting in their depot with a note saying can’t be delivered out of tracking area. Well what can I say. Would you think extreme incompetence, deliberate deception to confuse the public or just plain disinterest. I give up.

I can’t understand why you call yourselves Fastways it should be slow ways. 23 days up to now and still don’t have my goods. I would only give you 1/2 star

Rubbish courier, don’t use them they never deliver, always say you weren’t home (I work from home) unreliable and don’t leave calling cards like they say they are going to - you need a crystal ball to work out what the hell they’ve done with your package

My last parcel was declared missing after 2 weeks of wait time, hopefully the replacement parcel. would arrive. Not happy

Fastways website shows my parcel has been picked up a week ago in Melb. That's the only update I can get. Tried the online chat feature and they've kindly offered to send to another site for $2 to get any information. What a joke.

Apparently parcel was with courier on 02/05 & still haven’t received it. They don’t answer emails. Disgraceful service.?
