No customer service no goods delivered no tracking kept up to date you would think you dealing with the government

If i could it would be minus 10 stars holding my item for 2 weeks

It’s quite obvious that Fastway lack the resources to conduct a professional business as per these reviews. As my package left Melbourne on the 20th April & arrived at the Sydney Depot on the 22nd April where it still remains waiting for out for delivery. Purchase other items out of Melbourne delivered by Australia Post in 1 week ?

lost my parcel n no response at all.They cant be trusted. They don't update the shipping details.

Useless courier service. It has been month since i ordered for a product. I do not even hope that i will receive my order.

My parcel was in Sydney on March 23rd,still waiting for up dates as my parcel never arrived in Perth.still waiting for a reply after lodging an enquire.

Tracking is useless, delivery times are abysmal, so count yourself lucky if it arrives within 15 working days.
