My Parcel has been sitting in Melbourne since 20 April 2022. So slow!

I think it’s wrong that they want to charge you for you to find out where your parcel is. Such a rip off!!

Has my parcel been sitting in Sydney for 6 days or has the tracking not been updated. I want it before Mother’s Day.

Incredible slow. Been idle in Melbourne for 5 days

Should of stayed with previous owners as they sold it to a bunch of useless people that couldn't run a vacume cleaner

Had to change there name because there NEVER on time

Most useless company. They said they delivered a package and the hadn't, they don't update the delivery status.

I send my parcel from Pakistan to silver spring US on date 22 4 22 ,but ups 5 days hold at Dubai Airport and after 28 Apr moved one piece is Germany and 2 second return back to Pakistan ..I loss 5 lakh Pakistani rupees tracking is 1Z89W4W20431286454

My parcel is not delivered yet it states it has been ??

The parcel is not delivered but have notification that is delivered and I was at home.

I get a bit and miss with this group. Currently I am getting about 1 out of 4 parcels. Pity I can't choose who I buy from according to who does their deliveries because I wouldn't buy from people using Fastway.

Parcels never arrive in a timely manner. Tracking is never accurate. I generally have to wait more than 4 weeks for any parcel to come to WA from east coast.

Excessive time to get a delivery 9 days from Sydney to Adelaide still no sign of it. No contact number to find out , a generic message contact that will take up to 3 days to contact me. Absolutely disgusting that a freight company can take this long. Your company used to be reliable but lately something has changed and your company has fallen apart. Not going to use again that's for sure
