My parcel has been sitting in your Sydney depot for a week now and the staff member I spoke to was not only unhelpful but she hung up on me! I know it's been busier than usual because of Covid and the time of year, but this is a joke. It's only a tiny little parcel as well.

Ive been waiting for 2 parcels since 7th and 10th Dec. You guys are pathetic. Ebay sellers should take note of all these negative comments. Are my parcels being delivered to perth by foot from the eastern states? Shame, shame shame. One star is being too kind

How do you run a business like this? You only have 1 star ratings, over 1400 1 star ratings and nothing else. I shudder when I'm told Fastway are the courier because they are ANYTHING but fast. Unprofessional non existent service. How are you still in business? DON'T USE FASTWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF THIS CENTURY

Nearly always late or lake my delivery to a pick up location far way from my house, I would never use them by choice, hopefuly retailers stop using them.

They delivered our package to the wrong address got a signature from whoever took our package and refuse to talk to us.

Rec'd a mssg to say delivery was 'today' (now 3 days ago) so stayed home to receive and nothing, no parcel, no message to say it had been delayed. Poor customer service. I wonder when I will receive it?!!!

Claimed I was not home to collect a small parcel that could have been left in the letterbox. No card was left and no message sent to tell me when or where the parcel was available for collection
