Still await delivery for an item 80kms away...27th December to 20th January. Rang the office and was told they're trying to catch up and sending oldest items first...hate to think how old some of those items are then? Hopefully traders will take notice of the terrible reviews and shut this mob down, as this is the 3rd or 4th time I've waited weeks or months for a delivery from Melbourne to Geelong. Aussie Post delivered an item to me this week from Adelaide that only took 3 days from ordering to doorstep. I know which courier I'd prefer!

Worst delivery service ever. Tracking is not any better. They only get one star because I can't leave less. Half a star would be being generous.

Dead slow delivery. Item was picked up on 20th Dec 2021, even today (10th Jan) the item is not delivered and shows the results as picked up.

My parcel has been sitting in your Sydney depot for a week now and the staff member I spoke to was not only unhelpful but she hung up on me! I know it's been busier than usual because of Covid and the time of year, but this is a joke. It's only a tiny little parcel as well.
