Ive been waiting for 2 parcels since 7th and 10th Dec. You guys are pathetic. Ebay sellers should take note of all these negative comments. Are my parcels being delivered to perth by foot from the eastern states? Shame, shame shame. One star is being too kind

Tracking number MP0010729670. Why is it taking so long to be transported to Melbourne. Was picked up by one of driver’s on the 31st December.Where is my Surfboard/Kneeboard @ this moment & when do I expect it to be delivered. Cheers Joe

How do you run a business like this? You only have 1 star ratings, over 1400 1 star ratings and nothing else. I shudder when I'm told Fastway are the courier because they are ANYTHING but fast. Unprofessional non existent service. How are you still in business? DON'T USE FASTWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF THIS CENTURY

Could have walked there faster

Nearly always late or lake my delivery to a pick up location far way from my house, I would never use them by choice, hopefuly retailers stop using them.

Been showing on tracking collected over a week ago and nothing else. Poor service.

They delivered our package to the wrong address got a signature from whoever took our package and refuse to talk to us.

Waiting over a month for my parcel and no update available. Would never want to use this service again!

Should change the name to Slow ways. I hate when people send stuff with this company.

You guys have to be the absolute worst in Australia for deliveries. There are now company’s I no longer buy with because they use you for delivery.

Rec'd a mssg to say delivery was 'today' (now 3 days ago) so stayed home to receive and nothing, no parcel, no message to say it had been delayed. Poor customer service. I wonder when I will receive it?!!!

It's been 2 weeks since collection Slowest delivery service ever. Would have driven to Sydney to collect if I knew it would take this long

Claimed I was not home to collect a small parcel that could have been left in the letterbox. No card was left and no message sent to tell me when or where the parcel was available for collection

Complete waste of time, all ir says, it was collected & no further info avail.

Terrible, parcels sit for weeks waiting to process and sort
