1 star is too many stars for Fastway Couriers. Nothing fast about their service and having been to their collection/sorting centre Launceston, have seen first hand them throwing and kicking parcels from bin to bin.

They lost my parcel but didn’t even tell after 2 weeks of waiting. I only found out when I contacted Amazon support. They resent my parcel with other courier, I received the replacement the next day!

Very slow. The picked up item on the 9/12/2021 from Melb to Perth. Got no information if it’s on it’s way or when it is due. Been 3 weeks and no information.

Poor service, extremely slow delivery, bad tracking page and I'm still waiting like everyone else that has left reviews. Seriously if your going to use this company.pleqse rethink your courier. Mine is supposedly sitting at the depot, but says it with a delivery driver? So is he taking it home with him? Pissed off. ZERO STARS 0000000

Slow to deliver parcels with basically non-existent tracking information. Can’t seem to handle a simple delivery from Sydney to Newcastle. Pathetic service. A Christmas present I bought on 4/12 will not be delivered in time. It’s a present I was so excited to give. :( Giving them 1 star is too generous. They ask for ratings and feedback but don’t seem to want to act on all these 1 star reviews and improve their service. Piss poor.

Parcel "picked up in Brisbane" 8/12/2021. No further info and no idea when it will arrive in Perth. Perhaps they should revert to camels as they'd be quicker.

Totally useless , delivered my parcel to an address that doesn't exist. Got rudely cut off by the chat room and might as well get rid of their phones because nobody answers them. Money down the drain.
