You have had my parcel since 8th December and have not received my order

Packages take way to long to be recieved I've been waiting 28 days. I live in Perth package only coming from Melbourne...very disappointing

It's been 3 weeks since I received my tracking number and my parcel hasn't moved. Only a 2 hour drive from Sydney to Newcastle

They should be embarrassed to call themselves couriers. Snail mail is much faster.

Tha slowest and when you do get parcel its bloody damaged very poor service

My parcel was picked up in Brisbane on the 2nd December and it’s still telling me it’s in transit to Hobart. No idea when it will be delivered

sadly can't give them less than a star.

My parcel was picked up on the 7th December it’s still saying it’s in transit from Albury The delivery time was 3-10 days still haven’t received anything no update nothing worst courier service ever

Parcel hasn’t moved in 5 day

What a joke of a company. Has limited tracking information, and cannot find items in their system. You fail customers your business is going to fail.

What's the point if there's no updates of tracking.

I didn't receive my order.

Perhaps you should change your name again to Slow away. The one star means nothing

It's been 6 days in Melbourne and I haven't received the parcel.

Come on guys.,! Your reviews are rock bottom, and I can’t make it any better! You must, must, must update the tracking..!!! Everyone else can manage it, why can’t you?! You are so slow, it’s pathetic! Is anyone reading these reviews? Surely you’re not happy with what you’re seeing, or are you only interested in the big paying companies, and not the poor neighbourhood small delivery..? Come on - I can’t speak a good word about you!
