Wonderful out for delivery since this morning still not here, I'm going to bed fantastic services9.25pm sure anyone delivers anything at this time

2 pool covers from Melbourne to Perth. Still waiting and it's 14 days since pick up. My pool arrived 5 days ago and left via Toll on the same day. It was even delivered o a Saturday.?

Fastway should be called slow way. They are consistently the slowest delivery courier around and lose or misplace items. Absolutely pathetic. 1 star is being generous.

My item has been sitting in Sydney sorting for 7 days

They said that they delivered the goods then try to scam me by asking me to pay an delivery fee to get my goods

They have had my parcel since October it is now December and still a no show I'd never recommend them to anyone

Never get updates from them untill its at your door months later. Why do companies still use fastway couriers and hunter couriers. Worst courier companies in Australia.

Should change name to Sloway not fastway

Possibly to date, the worst delivery organisation I have been forced to use. That includes China Post, and that is a statement!!!

Would give a zero if it was an option , no update no info for an item I purchased , I send hundreds of parcels a week there is a reason I don’t use Fastaway
