I wouldn't give this company a star at all, they don't have any idea....I've never had an issue receiving parcels to my address....leave it in their hands and boom its delivered to wrong address......they need drives that can read GPS's and addresses on parcels....simple double check IDIOTS

I think this company needs to give up their day job, as they are too slow and very unorganised. Terrible company, UNRELIABLE

Fastway do not update their tracking information. Service is absolutely apauling. not happy with Fastway. Tracking telling me that item in sorting facility for 9 days now. Should have been delivered already. Disgusting

Been waiting for my parcel more than 2 weeks n still hasn’t moved at all. It keep saying been picked up by the courier 2 weeks ago n hasn’t moved or change since. Really annoying since my daughter keep asking when we going to get the parcel ? very disappointed

They never leave in a safe place nor come to you door. This year I had two packages lost by them and they didn’t accept accountability nor pay compensation. Well here is your rating. I hope they go bust.
