Terrible service I have been waiting since early October for my parcel I rang last week got told it was at their Sydney depot and that they would get in contact with me heard nothing have just rung them again today apparently still sitting at the depot and they asked me to tell them what was in the parcel when I wouldn’t say as it was none of the business she said she need to know what I was waiting for Big W you should never use this company again and by the way I am only giving one star as I had to put something other there would be nothing

If this is ‘fast’way I would hate to experience the ‘slow’way. 1 star is too generous of a rating. Lockdown as an excuse is used way too often. Have not experienced any delays with other deliveries, even amidst the middle of lockdown. I don’t know why companies are still using Fastway.

Did not receive my parcel

Tracking items isn't very informative compared to other courier services, who detail much more information. Delivery is too slow. Apparently my item is 6hrs away from my town, but it's been in transit for 5days.

Service and reliability is non existing.

I agree with so many comments left about this company, hopeless service. Take way too long to deliver items.

Item been sitting for 9 days waiting to be processed

17 days from Brisbane to Melbourne…so far! ???

Extremely slow delivery- no communication I have been waiting two months for a parcel to be delivered

I understand the restriction and lockdown cause delay delivery. But I have some some couriers at the same time, all of them have arrived earlier than fast ways at atleast 1 month. Fast way is the slowest courier that I have ever used. Until now it’s been 2 months I still waiting for my parcel to arrive.

Worst company ever. Never use this service. Took 3 weeks to get them to pick it up from depot and that was 5 days ago and still not on for delivery. Aust post is alot faster.

Hopeless. Extensive delays and no indication of likely delivery date.
