Slowest company to the point i sometimes pick my products based off the transport company

They've had my small package for 2 weeks and it still hasn't moved. So SLOW❗❗?

Very very slow not happy

Hands down Australia's worst delivery service you don't get enough notifications items are sitting in Brisbane for multiple days absolute joke

Shockingly slow...ironic isn't it?

Said they attempted delivery after being 10 days delayed and I was home all day. Still missing my parcel

Was sent to Gold Coast from Melbourne instead of Adelaide & no update on tracking from 16/11/21 when this error was to be rectified. Already taken 4 days to get to QLD instead of SA. Both pieces of furniture sent to “incorrect depot” so they’re not small parcels to be misdirected like this. No communication made with me yet as at 22/11/21 about any of this.

Package Delivered to the wrong address

There is no tracking information, it just says parcel picked up on the 8th nov , and that’s it till now 20th nov. how can anyone call this a tracking service ?

Almost 3 weeks went by and still item hasn’t been delivered mind you item has been sitting at Melbourne depot since the 1st November and the item is only coming from a suburb 30 mins away absolutely wtf

Wonderful couriers speedy service

This company is a complete disgrace I have followed the tracking and it has been with the courier for 5 days and still has not been delivered this company deserves to go broke and out of business

One week to get from Melbourne to Bathurst, ridiculous.
