Very slow and it was listed as having been delivered the next day !!! ??‍♀️ Room for improvement.

I had a parcel that I ordered on the 1st November which sent to Fastway in Sydney for delivery on the 7th November 2021 and still hadnt arrived in Tasmania with no update. It is now the 15th November. I am not happy about it

Has been on the truck to attempt delivery 3 days in a row and still nothing.

Worst parcel service ever. Rediclious long waiting time for the Parcel. Unfriendly and unprofessional Indian delivery persons. Every parcel takes unacceptableong. Not recommended.

Parcels seem to lost or misplaced. Have had flowers delivered in dead condition after overdue for a week because courier lost the item and indicated they didn’t know it was flowers. ???

Not fast still waiting

Useless, haven’t received numerous parcels sent within NSW nearly a month ago.

Everytime I buy something online and they use fastway, I know I either won’t receive my item or wait several weeks with nothing but rude customer service. How this company is still operating is beyond me.

Never leaves item although other carriers do. Rarely at a a collection point close to me

Got a notification saying my package was delivered, package was never delivered I have a ring doorbell close to my mailbox and was home all day and still I have no package. Would never recommend this courier.

Do not use this company they refuse to help drivers cant deliver rather pick parcel up at 630am then drive around send it back to seller at 1130am ? No delivery attempted do not use fraud worst courier ever

Picked up an item 25th October 2021 and no scans and still waiting 4th November 2021. Had to lodge a query and wait
