Wow, what can one say about this courier company. A pigeon would deliver faster than this company. Absolute joke. I don't know if they have shortage of drivers or sorting staff, but it is a joke

Absolutely pathetic service - only 1 update received and status this morning still reflects "your parcel being processed". Out of desperation, I placed a second order with the same supplier (thus time with Australia Post) - parcel received within 3 days. It would be faster to drive to Sydney to collect my parcel than using Fastway / aramex - and that includes 2 weeks quarantine. Absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional and poor service. Unfortunately no zero star rating available, hence my one star review.

Just the worst courier service out there but every ebay seller seems to use them, everything about them from their delivery to their tracking is completely inefficient

Says parcel has been in transit on the 19.10.21 and will be delivered to your address on the 25.10.21. No parcel delivered no notification to let me know what is happening.. it still says in transit..?.. no stars.. but won't let me submit until I give it a star..

My parcel still hasnt left the sydney depot since the 27th of september, its now 31st october. I would give the no stars if i could. The worst freight company in Aus.

Very bad and slow service. shows its with their courier and in the city of Adelaide and to be delivered in the city but its sitting with the local courier for 2 days incubating !!!! not yet delivered. I never will suggest anyone to use their service...I was trapped this way by the online purchase of an item on Amazon website
