Very bad and slow service. shows its with their courier and in the city of Adelaide and to be delivered in the city but its sitting with the local courier for 2 days incubating !!!! not yet delivered. I never will suggest anyone to use their service...I was trapped this way by the online purchase of an item on Amazon website

Helpful, friendly, good service!

Not even worth half a star, my parcel has been in transit from Sydney to Melbourne for the last three days, by the time I receive it I could have walked there and got it myself. Worst service ever.

Soooooooooo slow!! Have been waiting for a package which has been at thier depot since 27/9/2021. Tracking is not very good. Left message on the customer chat. This did not do any good either. Would be Ok if they let you know there was a problem with deliveries.

Terrible service I have been waiting since early October for my parcel I rang last week got told it was at their Sydney depot and that they would get in contact with me heard nothing have just rung them again today apparently still sitting at the depot and they asked me to tell them what was in the parcel when I wouldn’t say as it was none of the business she said she need to know what I was waiting for Big W you should never use this company again and by the way I am only giving one star as I had to put something other there would be nothing

If this is ‘fast’way I would hate to experience the ‘slow’way. 1 star is too generous of a rating. Lockdown as an excuse is used way too often. Have not experienced any delays with other deliveries, even amidst the middle of lockdown. I don’t know why companies are still using Fastway.

Did not receive my parcel

Tracking items isn't very informative compared to other courier services, who detail much more information. Delivery is too slow. Apparently my item is 6hrs away from my town, but it's been in transit for 5days.

Service and reliability is non existing.

I agree with so many comments left about this company, hopeless service. Take way too long to deliver items.
