  • I understand the restriction and lockdown cause delay delivery. But I have some some couriers at the same time, all of them have arrived earlier than fast ways at atleast 1 month. Fast way is the slowest courier that I have ever used. Until now it’s been 2 months I still waiting for my parcel to arrive.

  • 9 days from Maryborough QLD to Sydney NSW. 3 weeks so far sitting in Sydney waiting for transport to Newcastle NSW. This is a joke DHL express 8 days from California US to Newcastle

  • While I understand the demand due to covid is excessively high.It has been my experience even prior to the pandemic that this carrier.Is slower than most others.And the tracking information is unreliable at best.I hope the powers that be take this feedback onboard and review the tracking accuracy and customer service standards.I have had multiple issues with various packages,That were not followed up with a response via email and phone conversations with customer service consultants or booking staff.Which is also another reason why,I am disappointed to find a seller I am purchasing from uses Fastway to deliver my items.

  • Driver didn't knock on the door. People were home and saw him went and left card in letterbox. Not worth 1 star and rating system is just as bad!

  • The parcel was picked up on the 19 on the Gold Coast , still not here on the 21st postcode 4285 . No wonder people call you slow ways .
