Worst service ever. If I could leave a negative star rating I would. Item dispatched 29th Nov and 16 days later still sitting in a Surya tin facility. Useless so called customer service. Seriously can’t understand how they are in business!!

If I could give zero stars I would of done always extremely slow delivery. Nothing has changed even with the new company name. To improve your feedback by general public as many people I know complain how slow deliveries are you need to do more than change your Name. 3- 5 working days to even get a response about your query as whereabouts is crazy ! Will actually see if I get a response in that time. 3 weeks plus to get a delivery from Melbourne to Perth is not good I receiving over seas products in a week.

As soon as I see a seller of any online purchase has used Fastway/Aramex I know that the purchase is unlikely to ever arrive, if it does it will turn up out of the blue MONTHS later. Most of the time it means find another seller who uses a REAL courier and get a refund from the idiot that used Fastway/ Aramex. The only guarantee is to be disappointed and let down

The worst and slowest possible. A parcel from Queensland took about 40 days. They used COVID as an excuse. I walk there in that time! Another one from Melbourne over 1 months. Costumer support is even slow and has no idea. And still you have to pay for shipping!
