14 days past due date to WA and parcell still in sydney .. these guys went to the wall in the uk and the service is still just as bad everywhere they opperate . . Useless !!

19 days Sydney to Sydney. A joke

The worst courier service in Australia. Please do not use these useless people they will give your company a bad name for slow delivery. I ordered items beginning of September and still waiting for them to leave their depo middle of October.

Sitting in Newcastle for 5 days , what is going on?

Hardly a courier service. 2 days to collect parcel, 9 days and still counting to deliver a parcel within local area. Parcel sent past my address to Sydney depot where it has not moved for 7 days. Disappointed to say the least.

Has me beat how a package that is leaving the Gold Coast to gympie (a3hr drive) takes more than a week to get there. Although the fact it is currently in Sydney! (Which I have no clue why it would go so far away) probably has a lot to do with the time it takes to do a 3 hr trip!! Most DEFINITELY NOT a Fastway!!!!

Very very poor service would not recommend to anyone takes 20day to get something from Melbourne and another 5 Days at Sydney depot

My parcel IZ0030892684 was not delivered.

Extremely slow service don’t know why anyone would pay money to use you guys when normal Ozy post a lot quicker and cheaper. Don’t know how you guys stay in business when a parcel sit’s in your warehouse for weeks sometimes months then eventually arrives broken ?.

If there was a 0 I would of chosen that. Delivery due September 24 still not here October 12

Very poor service. Slow to deliver. No response when you contact them.

No customer service, in fact no service at all! Still awaiting delivery of my package that's been sitting in their depot for over 2 weeks now.

Very slow on delivery this is my 4th time using this company and is always 10 to14 days to arrive. Australia Post is far better and faster on getting parcels to me..

Fastway needs to get their act together. My parcel that I ordered off ebay has been sitting in a sortation facility in Sydney since the 23 of September. I ordered other products off wish a week after my ebay purchase. I have received my wish order already unlike my ebay order. I'm in Newcastle, my ebay purchase is from Sydney. Come on fastway WHERE IS MY PACKAGE
