Wait a month still no order.

Will no longer use this extremely slow service. In future, I will only buy with Australia Post options. Using Covid as an excuse is clearly a cop out.

I have been waiting on a parcel from Melbourne for more than a month. It sat in Melbourne for more than a week and has been in "Sydney" since the 18th Sept. Emails get the response that I will be contacted in 3 days. The only time they actually answered was to say that parcels aren't really moving in NSW. Meanwhile I had 2 orders, which were ordered after the one in question, delivered by Aramex (Fastway), so that is not correct. Communication is non existent and speed of service is almost non-existent. Still no parcel and no communication

Waiting over a month. Was advised over 2 weeks ago Dandenong. What are you guys doing all day if not getting our stuff to us. I will be officially complaining to the company that deals with you. Probably out buying watches or drinking Dom at our expense. Something shady is going on. Get on with it lads. But maybe they got the sack because they didn't want the jab. Many Aussies are losing there jobs. Wait 2 weeks for the nurses to go off. Oh goodness. I need my candles. Im so stressed. God bless you all waiting. Hope we get our stuff by Christmas.

Still waiting been at Dandenong since 24. 9.. Over a month ago my parcel left Melbourne. 2 weeks later. Still not here. Very dissapointing. Will edit if anything changes.

No customer service, false delivery estimates & lack of tracking updates. Very, very disappointing & am still waiting for a pkg coming from 30km away for over a week ?

On a report card this would be a GF for Great Fail. Estimates delivery date if parcel 10 September. Parcel past to Fastway 29 August. Parcel shipped from Melbourne ( to Sydney )30 August. No more updates to tracking. No communication from Fastway. Parcel still not received 06 October. Poor. Very Poor.

My parcel has been pick up on 22 September 2021 from Melbourne facility. I am not far from CBD just 16 KM. I am still waiting for delivery where package second had delivered a week already!

My parcel was picked up Friday northern NSW on sept. 20th. 2 weeks later it’s still in nothern rivers depot. To say this is a criminal company is not deviating far from fact

THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN COME ACROSS They are the slowest courier service I have ever come across. There is a delay of at least 1 month on each parcel and the customer support always shows busy and there is no one to enquire.

This is the worst delivery company I’ve dealt with. It took them 2 months to deliver half of the bed and I’m still waiting for the other half. Not recommended at all
