I can’t believe how slow you guys are how can it take a month for a package to get from one part of Sydney to another part of Sydney. You’re the worst courier service I’ve ever dealt with.

The only reason I gave them 1 star was because there was no option to give no stars at all. Appalling company, can't track consignments or speak to them. In this day and age. Really?

Parcels sit at their depo for weeks do not use them they are a joke

Slowest courier service ever

They delivery card to your mail box and run FAST away.

Waiting over 18 days so far for a delivery that only had to come from 1.5 hrs away & now it’s on its way interstate! This is absolutely ridiculous! Worst courier service ever!

My parcel is well overdue, it's been sitting in your Sydney sortation facility for two weeks now. And you have the audacity to call yourself Fastway!

The worst courier- EBay will go bust soon because of this fast ways. They should consider changing their name

There is no time of arrival

I have finally received an update after 8 days saying my parcel was delivered. After checking everywhere it seems my parcel has most definitely not been delivered. Funny how it apparently came at 1.30pm today yet I didn’t get an email till almost midnight.

I find them to be very slow as I have so much mail delivered all the time. This time my mail was picked up on the 14/9 from Sydney. Arrived in Brisbane on the 22/9 still waiting on my slow mail 27/9

10 days still no vital computer parts ordered something else came in 3 days this has been stuck in sydney depot near me since 29th MP0008714481

Picked up from sorting for delivery…. 8 days later still nothing.

Worse ever!!! Give star as can't review with out a rating. Should have negative rating stars.
