Has to be the slowest, most unorganised courier I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I challenge you to try getting a response from their customer service before you die from old age.

I been waiting for my parcel over a month, and it been stuck there for 25 days now ????? only 100 km away … How come you guy keep my parcel so long.

Horrible slow company, extremely SLOW

Horrendous service for a courier company you are dead set useless you should be a storage company as thats what you seem to do best transport items overnight from queensland to sydney then store it for another 2 to 3 weeks at the sydney depot before delivery why any company uses your sevice is beyond me and from now on anyone who says they deliver with fastways wont get my business anymore so their businesses will be affected because of their stupidity to use your rubbish service or should i say lack of service.. transport company my backside youre a discrace

ive been waiting for a parcel for well over 2 weeks from the gold coast your service is terrible i had a parcel come up from melbourne in 4 days with toll just last week so if they can do it whats your issues

Shocking & totally unreliable!! NO customer service whatsoever! They’re absolute rubbish as far as a Courier company Goes! Fair Trade Australia should shut them down. I will never buy from a company that uses them again.

I've been waiting for a parcel to come from Melbourne to Bolton Point Central Coast for over a month it should be called slow ways Couriers because this is becoming a joke my parcels been sitting at Newcastle for the past 3 days 27 minutes away from me beyond the joke
