  • I don’t know why the companies in Australia are so dumb and still use this incompetent courier company. Yes, such a large companies that likes to save money, You know who you are! being a tight arse and pay fastway to deliver the goods when we as a customer suffers! I dont how compies manage to give fastway a business and be ok with it when customers will ask for refunds due to items being delayed or not arriving at all! WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER BUILT, fastway should be banned in AUSTRALIA! I Woud trust anyone to deliver except for this courier company!! Stay away from FAST WAY ! Im Giving Negative 0 rating!!!!

  • Hopeless, slow unreliable. My parcel was delivered to some other house in street. Luckily I had my number on parcel. The neighbour called and I had to pick it up. Good example of poor customer service.

  • I order a fair bit of stuff on the internet, and if it turns out that the supplier has used Fastway / Aramax, I know it will take ages to get here, and any tracking will be hit and miss at best. I never thought any business could be worse than Australia Post, but I have found one. Perhaps it would be better if they stuck to local point to point courier work and leave the interstate parcel deliveries to those that know what they are doing. What a pity you can't give a no star rating.
