I can not tell if my package has moved or not can not get up too date tracking on fastway

Getting one star only because you can't submit zero stars! The most useless courier service in Australia. Picked up Sydney metro, delivery is Sydney metro and still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. Useless!!!

Should be called Snail transport, parcel has been picked up and not moved from the depot

Should be renamed Slowaway Couriers ... very small package has sat in their depot for 5 days showing "sorting" on their tracking system ... should have had it sent by Express Post instead !!!

They keep losing my parcels. Tracking never up to date.

Absolutely hopeless communication and delivery time. My parcel is with this mob and hasn’t moved for 3 weeks. Will never purchase from anyone who uses this Courier to deliver their goods again.

Worst ever... many phone calls which get you no were... never got delivery. Don't even give them 1 star but have no choice...

I am waiting for my order to be delivery, but nothing happened, it been late for 2 weeks now and the company still not confirm when I can receive my parcel. I am not recommending the company service. I am very disappointed, hopeless.

Parcel has been sitting in Sydney for over a week, you have trucks coming up overnight everyday so why isn't my parcel delivered

Doesn't take 14 days to deliver from Sydney to Wollongong and who knows how much longer. Nothing fast about it just the name

Absolutely the worst delivery company. Packages don’t move for over a week. Can’t even get in contact with them to see where your package is!

Tracking updates never done slowest delivery company An overhaul from top needs to be sorted to run this company embarrassing star rating from feedback , you’ve changed your name but you haven’t changed your stripes
