Very disappointing delivery today. Driver did not ring doorbell and literally threw the parcel on my doorstep

I don’t know why the companies in Australia are so dumb and still use this incompetent courier company. Yes, such a large companies that likes to save money, You know who you are! being a tight arse and pay fastway to deliver the goods when we as a customer suffers! I dont how compies manage to give fastway a business and be ok with it when customers will ask for refunds due to items being delayed or not arriving at all! WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER BUILT, fastway should be banned in AUSTRALIA! I Woud trust anyone to deliver except for this courier company!! Stay away from FAST WAY ! Im Giving Negative 0 rating!!!!

What a joke. 12-20 working days my foot. 12-20 months more like it.

Been waiting 3weeks from Sydney to perth. I get parcels quicker from the otherside of the world.

Hopeless, slow unreliable. My parcel was delivered to some other house in street. Luckily I had my number on parcel. The neighbour called and I had to pick it up. Good example of poor customer service.

My parcel was picked up 6 days ago from Central Coast (100km away) and still has not turned up - should be called Slow ways

I order a fair bit of stuff on the internet, and if it turns out that the supplier has used Fastway / Aramax, I know it will take ages to get here, and any tracking will be hit and miss at best. I never thought any business could be worse than Australia Post, but I have found one. Perhaps it would be better if they stuck to local point to point courier work and leave the interstate parcel deliveries to those that know what they are doing. What a pity you can't give a no star rating.

I would never recommend fast way to anyone been waiting nearly 2months for a parcel to come from Sydney it’s only 6 hours from me and they don’t reply or give you updates

Absolutely hopeless. Snails would deliver things faster. Will never use again. If I could give a "zero star" rating I would but unfortunately the lowest you can select is one!

It’s been 2.5 weeks and parcel still hasn’t arrived. Only small and supplier said should get within few days. Hasn’t left first area
